How To Preserve The Liquid Nitrogen Tank

1.Placement

Set the liquid nitrogen tank in the cool & shady place with good ventilation condition, not set it under the sunshine. Due to the manufacturing precision and its inherent characteristics, when using or placing the liquid nitrogen tank, it is not allowed to tilt, lay, convert, stack up, crash with other objects, to do take and down gently.

2. Cleaning

When the liquid nitrogen tank sit idle, user should clean it with water, then drain the water and place it under the normal temperature for stand-up. After the liquid nitrogen volatilization, remnant material (such as frozen sperm) will melt quickly, and become liquid substances & attached to the bladder, which can cause corrosion to aluminum alloy tank. if there appears hollow inside tank, liquid nitrogen tank must be discarded, so cleaning is necessary for the tank after running out of the liquid nitrogen inner tank.

3. Transportation

When transporting, the liquid nitrogen tank should be equipped with wooden frame or iron frame to be fixed well. The tanks will be separated with fillers to prevent impact, fight dumping. When pick the tank on truck, it is forbidden to drag the tank on floor, as which will short the lifespan of the tank.
