How to use the liquid nitrogen tank

1.Check the outside and inner of the tank

Before the liquid nitrogen was filled in the tank, firstly, please check if the tank outside is smooth, check if the vacuum air outlet is well. If being damaged, vacuum degree will be reduced, seriously the temperature of liquid nitrogen inside can’t be kept well, and there will be frost on the tank, as well the liquid nitrogen loss is big, the tank will lose its value. Secondly, check the inner of the tank, if there is any other thing, please take it out as it may cause corrosion to the inner.

2.Filling of the liquid nitrogen

Be careful when fill the liquid nitrogen. For the new tank or the empty tank, when filling gas, please do it slowly and do precooling to prevent the tank inner from any damage, which damage will short the lifespan of the tank. Filling the liquid nitrogen, please don’t pour on the vacuum air outlet. Cover is made of thermal insulation materials, it can not only prevent the evaporation of liquid nitrogen, also have the effect of fixed lift cylinder, so when open it, please reduce wear to prolong its service life.

3.Storage of the liquid nitrogen

Doing the filling, please close the inlet valve, outlet valve, and pressure increasing valve, at the same time, open the air release valve.

4.Transportation of the liquid nitrogen

When transporting the liquid nitrogen, please ensure all valve and switch is same with storage, and put the package foundation under the tank, what’s more, fix the tank on the truck to ensure the tanks not shake when transportation.

5.Let out of the liquid nitrogen inside the tank

Output of the liquid nitrogen

When take out the liquid nitrogen from the tank inside, please do as following:

Open the air release valve, pressure increasing valve, when the pressure rises up to 0.05MPa(0.5kg/cm2), open the drain valve to let out the liquid nitrogen.

6.Check during the process of usage

During the process of usage, please check the tank frequently. Observing with eye or touching the tank with hands, if there is frog, please stop using. Instead of scraping the frog with knife to cause the inner damage, user should take out the liquid and let the frog thaw naturally.
